After a grueling drive across the country we have arrived and checked into the little cabin we'll be staying in for the next six nights.
Ski Day 1. It's my son's first chairlift ride at a mountain ski resort.

Ski Day 2. We usually skied for about an hour, then went down to the plaza for a refreshing hot chocolate to warm up the ol' toesies. Then back to the slopes!
On the drive down from the resort, we stopped at a scenic pullover and the Boy posed for a photo witht he Grand Tetons in the background.
Ski Day 3. The Boy chose to take a day off from the mountain and relax in the cabin...
...allowing me to enjoy a day skiing in the fairly heavy snowfall coming down and hit some runs that were above his pay grade. It was a fantastic day!
In the afternoon I was riding the lift with a nice couple from Maine. They asked if I was "...a local, you look like a local."
I'm not sure what that meant. Oh, well.
Ski Day 4. Hot Chocolate Time!
Ski Day 5. Our last day on the mountain...
Well, our adventure is at an end, it's time to start our 1,700 mile journey home.
Goodbye Driggs... until next year!...(?)
